L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, offers an exclusive program of courses, talks and exhibitions. Students are encouraged to select according to availability and their interests. Each course is 2 to 4 hours long and led by a minimum of two teachers.
Comprised of gemologists, jewelry art historians, master jewelers, stone setters, designers, mock-up makers, lacquer craftsmen, the team has over 30 teachers, all of whom are experts in their given fields, all united by the desire to share their knowledge through experimentation and dialogue.
Classes are held in the morning or afternoon. Upon arrival, students are greeted with refreshments, giving them the opportunity to meet the teachers and fellow participants prior to the start of the class. Breaks provide further opportunities for dialogue outside of the classroom.
Using a unique educational approach with hands-on experience in workshops, the teachers help students understand the skills presented with ease.
